Permanent census of agriculture
The data collected through the census of agriculture provide a comprehensive information framework on the structure of the agricultural system and the livestock at national, regional and local level.
Therefore have a strong impact on the development of national agricultural policies and, since the survey is conducted in accordance with regulations defined at European level, they constitute an essential tool also for the purposes of Community policies.
The survey will take place from 18 April to 29 July, 2016. The expected number is about 22,000 agricultural units.
