Istat runs a user satisfaction survey on its website in order to measure the satisfaction level with the data and metadata offered and to understand the changing of information needs.
The questionnaire is designed both to find out why the website is visited, which products are most frequently used and the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with them, and to identify the demo-social profile of users of statistical information and their statistical and IT skills. A free field allows to collect comments, suggestions, reports of any kind.
Completion takes a maximum of 7 minutes. No question is mandatory. The information collected anonymously, shall be used only for statistical purposes.
