For the first year, Istat runs a customer satisfaction survey on its English website in order to measure the satisfaction level with its products and the needs of its users.
The questionnaire is designed both to find out which products are most used, what is the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with them, and to identify the demo-social profile of users of statistical information. A free field allows, finally, to collect comments, suggestions, reports of any kind.
Completion takes about 3 minutes. No question is mandatory. The information collected anonymously, shall be used only for statistical purposes.
