Labour Force Survey – cross-sectional quarterly data

Istat releases public use microdata files for the labour force survey since I quarter 2014.

It is worth highlighting that the survey was modified over time, in particular in 2004, when several changes were introduced concerning the technique, the methodology, and the data analysis point of view. For these reasons such files are not consistent with the historical public use files for the period 1977-1992.

Availability of labour force survey  public use files: for the period 2008-2013 historical public use files have been released.

Note.  On 19.12.2017 microdata files related to second quarter of 2016 have been updated and now include information related to the “Young people on the labour market”.
