A modern data ecosystem for an inclusive and sustainable recovery
30 November – 1 December 2021
The fourteenth edition of the National Conference of Statistics takes place from 30 November to 1 December 2021.
The National Conference of Statistics is the main forum where the various stakeholders in the National Statistical System can meet and share their views. It offers data producers and users the opportunity to discuss the role and development prospects of official statistics.
The Conference focuses on topics dominating the public debate, such as recovery, sustainability, social inclusion and the role of statistics as an essential and indispensable information backbone for making policies and monitoring their effectiveness.
This year, for the first time, the proceedings take place in a hybrid form: in-person Plenary sessions alternate with virtual Parallel sessions throughout the Scientific Programme.
A full calendar of initiatives – conversations and in-depth meetings, virtual exhibitions, award ceremonies and workshops – is also planned with the aim of involving the non-expert public as well.
Through a dedicated web platform all the scheduled events are easily accessible, allowing for interaction, sharing and exchange among participants.
The session on scientific posters starts with an open call (in Italian only) for the submission of research experiences in statistics.
