A set of mineral resources of first and/or second category (based on their origin from a mine or quarry) with recorded extracted quantities, grouped according to lithological criteria for the purposes of analysis and representation. First category mineral aggregates (mines):

Cement marl: includes dolomite and cement marl;
Ceramic and industrial minerals: includes porcelain clay, bentonite, kaolin, feldspars, olivine, asphalt rock, magnesium salts;
Rock salt: includes rock salt and sea salt;
Talc, bauxite, and fluorite: includes talc, bauxite (the only metallic mineral with recorded extraction), and fluorite.

Second category mineral aggregates (quarries):

Clay: includes clay and peat;
Limestone, travertine, gypsum, and sandstone: includes alabaster, sandstone, limestone, calcarenite, dolomite, gypsum, marl, quartzarenite, travertine, limestone tuff, verdello;
Granite and other intrusive rocks, schists and gneiss: includes slate, beola, calc-schist, diabase, jasper and schists, diorite, gneiss, granite, repen, serpentine, quartz;
Marble: includes marble, white marble, colored marble, marmorino;
Porphyry, basalt, tuff and other volcanic rocks: includes basalt, lapilli, lava and basalt, peperino, pumice, porphyry, pozzolana, trachyte, tuff, volcanic tuff;
Sand and gravel: includes breccias, breccias and puddingstones, conglomerates, inert material, alluvial inert material, quarry mix, rubble, sand and gravel, siliceous sands, tout-venant.
