Industrial turnover - February 2022

In February 2022 estimates for seasonally adjusted index of industrial turnover increased on a monthly basis by 2.8% (+2.5% in the domestic market and +3.6% in the non-domestic one).

In the three months to February 2022 total industrial turnover levels increased by 3.2% when compared with the previous three-month period (+2.4% in the domestic market and +4.5% in the non-domestic market).

Year on year, the calendar adjusted industrial turnover index rose by 9% comparing with February 2021 (+21.4% in the domestic market and +20.2% in the non-domestic market). Calendar working days in February 2022 were 20 as in February 2021.

Looking at the volume of turnover for the manufacturing sector, the seasonally adjusted index grew by 2.6% when compared with the previous month and by 0.1% when compared with the previous three-month period. The calendar adjusted volume turnover index increased by 7.3% compared with February 2021.
