In November 2021, estimates for construction output continued to grow, increasing by 1.0% in the month-on-month series. This is the highest level of construction output since May 2012.
In the three months to November 2021 the seasonally adjusted index of production in construction was up 3.4% when compared with the previous three-month period.
Year on year, both the unadjusted index and calendar adjusted index grew by 13.2% (21 calendar working days as in November 2020).
In the first eleven months of 2021, the unadjusted index increased by 24.2%, while the calendar adjusted index grew by 24.6%.
