The new web publication Noi Italia. 100 statistics to understand the country we live in presents the update of over 100 statistical indicators relating to our country, to its regional differences and its position in the European context, that Istat disseminates starting from 2008.
The indicators are organised in six areas and nineteen sectors and they are described by interactive graphics, sectoral glossaries, references to publications and useful links.
The 2020 edition contains two new indicators related to the Energy and Environment sector: Gross final consumption of energy covered by renewable sources and Recycling of municipal waste that show the path of Italy towards the European objectives aimed at safeguarding our planet.
Moreover, the dashboard allows to customise a data table for each sector and territory (Italy, Regions, Europe). All the tables can be downloaded in csv format.
Short introductory texts and some information pills for each sector enable a synthetic reading level, while the files in pdf format meet the need of those who prefer a more traditional consultation of contents and graphics.
At the moment the web application is available only in Italian. See Noi Italia in short in the sidebar.
