In February 2019 construction output increased by 3.4% in the month-on-month series, the strongest growth since February 2017.
Construction output grew by 2.4% in the three-month on three-month series in February 2019.
Looking at the longer view, the year-on-year calendar adjusted series was up 7.8% (calendar working days were 20 as in February 2018).
When compared with February 2018, the unadjusted index of production in construction rose by 7.7%.
