Production in the construction sector - September 2025

In September 2025, the seasonally adjusted index of production in construction is estimated to increase by 0.9% compared to August.

Over the three-month period ending in September 2025, the seasonally adjusted index of production in construction fell by 0.6% compared to the previous three month period.

On a year-on-year basis, the calendar-adjusted index showed an increase of 4.4% (working days being 22 versus 21 in September 2024), while the unadjusted index rose by 8.2%.

For the first nine months of 2025, the calendar-adjusted index was up 4.7%, while the unadjusted index grew by 3.4%.
