Production in construction
In October 2013 the seasonally adjusted index decreased by 2.9% compared with the previous month. By converse, with respect to the previous quarter, the average of the quarter August-October, increased by 1.2%.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector in October 2013 decreased by 9.8% compared with October 2012 (calendar working days were 23 as in October 2012); in the average in the period January- October 2013 the index decreased by 11.0% compared with the same period of 2012.
The unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 9.7% compared with October 2012. Comparing the average of the first ten months of 2013 with the same period of 2012 the index decreased by 11.0%.
