Production in construction
In March 2014 the seasonally adjusted index increased by 1.9% compared with the previous month. The percentage change of the quarter January-March was -2.7%, with respect to the previous quarter.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector in March 2014 decreased by 1.4% compared with same month of previous year (calendar working days in March 2014 being the same as in March 2013). In the period January-March 2014 the percentage change was -5.5% compared with the same period of 2013.
The unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 1.4% compared with March 2013. Comparing the average of the first three months of 2014 with the same period of 2013 the index decreased by 6.6%.
