Production in construction
In July 2013 the seasonally adjusted index decreased by 2.0% compared with the previous month. The percentage change of the average of the quarter May-July, with respect to the previous quarter, increased by 1.4%.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 10.8% compared with July 2012 (calendar working days being 23 versus 22 days in July 2012); in the period January-July 2013 the index decreased by 11.7% compared with the same period of 2012.
The unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 7.6% compared with July 2012. Comparing the average of the first seven months of 2013 with the same period of 2012 the index decreased by 11.9%.
