Production in construction
In February 2014 the seasonally adjusted index decreased by 3.7% compared with the previous month. The percentage change of the quarter December-February was -3.0%, with respect to the previous quarter.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector in February 2014 decreased by 7.9% compared with February 2013 (calendar working days in February 2014 being the same as in February 2013). In the period January-February 2014 the percentage change was -7.8% compared with the same period of 2013.
The unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 7.8% compared with February 2013. Comparing the average of the first two months of 2014 with the same period of 2013 the index decreased by 9.4%.
