Production in construction
In August 2015 the seasonally adjusted index compared with the previous month decreased by 0.3%. The percentage change of the average of the quarter June-August 2015 decreased by 1.2%, with respect to the previous quarter.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector in August 2015 decreased by 4.6% compared with the same month of the previous year (calendar working days being 21 versus 20 days in August 2014). In the period January-August 2015 the percentage change was -2.4% compared with the same period of 2014.
In August 2015 the unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 1.3% compared with August 2014. The average index of the first eight months of 2015 was -1.5% lower in comparison with the same period of 2014.
