Production and costs in construction
In July 2017 the seasonally adjusted index of production in construction compared with the previous month increased by 0.1%. In the quarter May-July 2017 the index decreased by 1.0% with respect to the previous quarter.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 0.4% compared with the same month of the previous year (calendar working days being 21 as in July 2016). In the period January-July 2017 the index decreased by 0.4% in comparison with the same period of 2016.
In July 2017 the unadjusted index of production in the construction sector decreased by 0.4% compared with July 2016. The average index of the first seven months of 2017 was 0.6% lower in comparison with the same period of 2016.
