Building permits indicators

During the third quarter of 2018, the residential construction units increased compared with the same period of the previous year (+8.8% for the number of dwellings and +9.9% for useful floor area).

Non-residential buildings increased by 6.7% in the third quarter 2018 compared with the same period of 2017.

The number of dwellings in new buildings increased by 6.4 in the third quarter of 2018 compared with second quarter of 2018.

The useful floor area increased by 2.9% in the third quarter compared with the previous quarter.

Non-residential area decreased by 0.2% in the third quarter of 2018 compared with the second quarter of 2018.
