The Permanent Census on School Desks provides participating primary and lower secondary school classes with a training course preliminary to the Contest, available in this section of our website.
The material, designed and realized by Istat specifically for this initiative, consists of four modules, different by content and school order.

- Module 2 | Primary school and Upper secondary school
- Module 3 | Primary school – Module 3 | Upper secondary school
- Module 4 | Primary school – Module 4 | Upper secondary school
The educational course guide provides explanations for carrying out the scheduled activities.
If your class is not yet registered for the initiative, the deadline for registration is January 15, 2024. Watch the video tutorial and fill out the form provided.

These are the stages of the contest:
- from October 9 to January 15, 2024 individual class registrations by filling out the prepared form (watch the video tutorial)
- in November 2023 putting the training materials online
- on February 28, 2024 conducting the Censigare
- by March 27, 2024 delivery of the Creative Project
