Non-residential buildings increased by 21.5% in the first quarter 2022 (quarter on previous quarter).
The number of dwellings in new buildings increased by 8.4% in the first quarter 2022 with respect to the same quarter a year earlier.
In comparison with the same quarter a year ago, the useful floor area was up 8.8%.
Non-residential area increased year-on-year, growing by 8.4% in the first quarter 2022, reversing the previous trend.
