Non-residential buildings decreased by 14.6% in the second quarter 2021 (quarter on previous quarter).
The number of dwellings in new buildings increased by 46.7% in the second quarter 2021 with respect to the same quarter a year earlier.
In comparison with the same quarter a year ago, the useful floor area was up 44.7%.
Non-residential area increased year-on-year, growing by 16.6% in the second quarter 2021, reversing the previous trend.
