Industrial turnover - July 2021

In July 2021 estimates for seasonally adjusted index of industrial turnover increased by 0.9% on a monthly basis (+1.7% in the domestic market and -0.8% in the non-domestic one).

In the three months to July 2021 total industrial turnover levels increased by 4.4% when compared with the previous three-month period (+3.6% in the domestic market and +5.8% in the non-domestic market).

Year on year, the calendar adjusted industrial turnover index grew by 19.1% comparing to June 2020 (+19.0% in the domestic market and +19.2% in the non-domestic market). Calendar working days in July 2021 were 22, one less than July 2020.

Looking at the volume of turnover for the manufacturing sector, the seasonally adjusted index increased by 1.4% in June 2021, while the calendar adjusted volume turnover index increased by 12.0% when compared with the same month a year earlier.
