Production and costs in constructions

In March 2016 the seasonally adjusted index of production in construction compared with the previous month decreased by 0.7%. The percentage change of the average of the quarter January-March 2016  was -0.9%, with respect to the previous quarter.

The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector in March 2016 decreased by 0.4% compared with the same month of the previous year (calendar working days being 22 as in March 2015). In the period January-March 2016 the percentage change was -0.5% compared with the same period of 2015.

In March 2016 the unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 0.4% compared with March 2015. The average index of the first three months of 2016 was 0.2% higher in comparison with the same period of 2015.
