Non-residential buildings decreased by 19.7% in the first quarter 2020 (quarter on previous quarter).
The number of dwellings in new buildings decreased by 1.2% in the first quarter 2020 with respect to the same quarter a year earlier.
In comparison with the same quarter a year ago, the useful floor area was down 6.5%.
Non-residential area decreased year-on-year, falling by 37.3% in the first quarter 2020, reversing the previous trend.
