The 2008-2024 time series for the Physical Energy Flows Accounts (PEFA) has also been updated. In 2024, the "Net domestic energy use" (NDEU) decreased by 0.5% while the "Energy intensity of GDP" and the "CO2 emission intensity of energy consumption" fell by 1.3%
