Production in construction
In April 2013 the seasonally adjusted index increased by 5.5% compared with the previous month. The percentage change of the average of the quarter February-April, with respect to the previous quarter, decreased by 6.6%.
The calendar adjusted index of production in construction sector in April 2013 decreased by 10.2% compared with April 2012 (calendar working days were 20 versus 19 in April 2012); in the period January-April 2013 the percentage change was -11.6% compared with the same period of 2012.
The unadjusted index of production in construction sector decreased by 7.0% compared with April 2012. Comparing the average of the first four months of 2013 with the same period of 2012 the index decreased by 11.8%.
