In October 2010 the seasonally adjusted turnover index increased by 1.0% with respect to the previous month (+0.4% in domestic market and +2.4% in non-domestic market). The percentage change of the average of the last three months compared to the previous three months was +2.6 (+1.1 in domestic market and +5.8 in non-domestic one).
In October 2010 the seasonally adjusted industrial new orders index had a null variation with respect to September 2010 (-1.2% in domestic market and +2.3% in non-domestic market). The percentage change of the average of the last three months compared to the previous three months was +4.1 (+4.5 in domestic market and +3.5 in non-domestic one).
With respect to the same month of the previous year the calendar adjusted industrial turnover index rose by 13.3% (calendar working days being 21, one less than in October 2009); in the period Jan.- Oct. 2010 compared with the same period of 2009 the index rose by 9.8 percent.
In October 2010 the unadjusted industrial new orders index increased by 12.4 per cent with respect to the same month of the previous year.
