Foreign trade with non-EU countries - October 2025
Data on Italy’s foreign trade with non-EU27 countries in October 2025 are preliminary. The results of the survey on total foreign trade in October 2025 will be disseminated on coming 16 December 2025.
In October 2025, exports to non-EU27 countries increased by 3.5% and imports increased by 4.1%, compared with the same month of the previous year.
In October 2025, in seasonally adjusted terms, exports decreased by 3.7% and imports decreased by 0.6%, compared with September 2025. Over the last three months, seasonally adjusted data, compared with the previous three months, showed decreases in outgoing and incoming flows of 1.4% and 0.6%, respectively.
In October 2025, the trade balance with non-EU27 countries registered a surplus of 5,321 million euro compared with a surplus of 5,269 million euro in October 2024; excluding energy, the surplus was equal to 8,749 million euro, down compared with a 10,039-million-euro surplus in October 2024.
