In March 2025, the seasonally adjusted index of production in construction is estimated to decrease by 0.4% compared to February 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the first quarter of 2025, construction production rose by 2.6% compared to the previous quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On a year-on-year basis, the calendar-adjusted index was up 4.1% (calendar working days being 21 as in March 2024), while the unadjusted index rose by 6.2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On average over the first three months of 2025, the calendar-adjusted index rose by 3.4% with respect to the same period a year ago, while the unadjusted index registered an increase of 1.4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
