The number of dwellings in new buildings decreased by 2.7% in the fourth quarter 2024 with respect to the same quarter a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In comparison with the same quarter a year ago, the useful floor area was up 1.2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Non-residential area decreased by 4.5% in the fourth quarter 2024, compared with the same quarter a year ago, reversing the previous trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
