In November, estimates for the seasonally adjusted turnover industrial index was up 1.5% in value (+0.6% in volume) when compared to the previous month (+1.5% in value and +0.8% in volume in the domestic market and +1.3% in value and 0.3% in volume in the non domestic one). For services, the seasonally adjusted turnover decreased in the month on month series by 1.5% (+0.5% in volume).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the three months to November 2024, the seasonally adjusted industry turnover increased both in value and volume (+0.4% and +0.1% respectively) when compared to the previous three-month period. In the same period, the services turnover increasing by 0.6% in value and volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On a year-on-year basis, in November 2024, the calendar adjusted industry turnover index fell in both value (-2.6%) and volume (-2.1%), registering a 2.7% decrease in the domestic market (both in value and in volume) and a 2.6% drop (-1.0% in volume) in the non-domestic one. Calendar working days in November 2024 were 20 versus 21 in November 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In services, turnover decreased by 0.7% in value and by 1.0% in volume when compared with the same month a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
