Learning to read a graph correctly or to<br>interpret a table are among the first skills needed to use the web. Developing a critical capacity to<br>understand how and why that data were collected and disseminated, what is the source and how<br>to find and compare similar data are essential tools to extricate oneself in the continuous flow of<br>information.
