In the second quarter of 2023 the seasonally and calendar adjusted, chained volume measure of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) decreased by 0.4 percent to the previous quarter and increased by 0.4% in comparison with the second quarter of 2022. <\/p>\n
Compared to previous quarter, final consumption expenditure decreased by 0.3 percent, gross fixed capital formation by 1.8 per cent and both imports and exports by 0.4 percent. <\/p>\n
With respect to the second quarter of 2022, final consumption expenditure increased by 1 percent, gross fixed capital formation decreased by 0.6 percent, imports by 0.4 percent, and exports increased by 0.4 percent.<\/p>\n
