{"id":27990,"date":"2023-08-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-01T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nuovowww.collaudo.istat.it\/non-categorizzato\/sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-q4-2022\/"},"modified":"2024-06-08T22:12:59","modified_gmt":"2024-06-08T20:12:59","slug":"sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-q4-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/en\/press-release\/sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-q4-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"SALES OF REAL ESTATE UNITS AND LOANS - Q4 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the fourth quarter 2022 the notary agreements regarding sales of real estate units and any other kind of exchange of properties and appurtenances in return for payment amounted to 270,753 (-1.4% compared with previous quarter and -3.5% on an annual basis).<\/p>\n<p>Compared with the previous quarter, both the residential sector and the economic sector marked negative percentage changes in Centre (respectively -7.0% and -11.6%), North-East (-5.1% and -8.3%) and North-West (-0.1% and -0.7%), while both sectors grew in the South (+5.4% and +10.9%) and Islands (+2.8% and +6.8%).<\/p>\n<p>1% of the notary agreements concerned transfers of residential properties (254,661), 5.6% affected transfers of properties for business purposes (15,211) and 0.3% estates for special uses and multi-owned properties (881).<\/p>\n<p>Compared with the fourth quarter 2021, real estate unit exchange agreements decreased by 3.5% in the residential sector and by 2.9% in the economic sector.<\/p>\n<p>At territorial level, housing sector marked, on an annual basis, negative percentage changes in the North-East (-10.3%), Centre (-9.3%) and North-West (-0.4%), while positive changes were recorded in the Islands (+7.6%) and South (+1.3%). The economic sector declined in the North-East (-12.6%), Islands (-8.6%) and Centre (-1.9%); it increased in the South (+5.7%) and remained substantially stable in North-West (+0.2%). In small and large cities sales dropped both in the residential sector (respectively -4.6% and -1.9%) and in the economic sector (-3.5% and -2.2%)<\/p>\n<p>The mortgage-secured loans amounted to 96,248 (-10.2% compared with the previous quarter and -17.2% on an annual basis).
