In the three months to May 2023, the seasonally adjusted index of production in construction dropped by 2.3% when compared with the previous three-month period. <\/p>\n
Year on year, both the calendar adjusted index (calendar working days being 22 as in May 2022) and the unadjusted index were down 6.5%, falling for the fourth month in a row.<\/p>\n
