In the three months to January 2023 total industrial turnover levels remained unchanged comparing with the previous quarter (-0.1% in the domestic market and +0.1% in the non-domestic market). <\/p>\n
Year on year, the calendar adjusted industrial turnover index grew by 8.6% comparing to January 2022 (+9.1% in the domestic market and +7.7% in the non-domestic market). Calendar working days in January 2023 were 21, one more than January 2022. <\/p>\n
Looking at the volume of turnover for the manufacturing sector, the seasonally adjusted index decreased by 2.1% in January 2023; in the three months to January 2023 it decreased by 0.7% compared with the previous one.
