In January 2023, construction producer prices of Residential buildings and non-residential buildings increased by 0.4% on monthly basis and by 5.3% on annual basis. Construction producer prices of roads and railways increased by 0.4% compared to the previous month and by 6.0% on annual basis.<\/p>\n
Over the last three months, compared to the previous three months, construction producer prices decreased by 0.2% for residential buildings and non-residential buildings and by 0.4% for roads and railways.<\/p>\n
In the fourth quarter 2022, services producer prices increased by 0.7%, compared with the previous quarter, and by 3.6%, compared to the same quarter of the previous year. Air transport (+20.0%) provided the largest upward contribution to the annual rate; only prices of telecommunications (-3.4%) and other information activities (-3.0%) decreased on annual basis.<\/p>\n
