In the third quarter of 2022, exports increased in seasonally-adjusted terms, compared with the previous period, for the Centre (+3.9%), the North-West (+2.0%) and the North-East (+1.8%) while decreased for the South and Islands (-0.6%).<\/p>\n
In the first nine months of 2022, compared with the previous year, exports rose in all macro-regions: +69.2% for the Islands, +23.9% for the Centre, +20.2% for the North-West, +17.7% for the North-East and +15.3% for the South.<\/p>\n
In the first nine months of 2022, the more relevant increases, according to their contribution to the total export growth, were recorded in Lombardia (+20.5%), Emilia-Romagna (+16.9%), Veneto (+17.5%), Marche (+89.4%) and Piemonte (+18.1%).
