{"id":26791,"date":"2022-04-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nuovowww.collaudo.istat.it\/non-categorizzato\/sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-third-quarter-2021\/"},"modified":"2024-06-08T22:06:57","modified_gmt":"2024-06-08T20:06:57","slug":"sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-third-quarter-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/en\/press-release\/sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-third-quarter-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales of real estate units and loans - Third quarter 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>In the third quarter 2021 the notary agreements regarding sales of real estate units and any other kind of exchange of properties and appurtenances in return for payment amounted to 223,273 (+2.7% compared with previous quarter and +19.5% on an annual basis).<\/p>\n<p>The residential sector showed positive changes, compared with the previous quarter, in all geographical areas of the Country (Centre +4.5%, North-East +2.8%, Islands +2.5%, North-West +2.2%, South +1.4%), while the economic sector grew in North-West (+5.0%), Centre (+2.2%) and Islands (+2.0%), remained substantially stable in North-East (+0.1%) and decreased in South (-1.0%).<\/p>\n<p>8% of the notary agreements concerned transfers of residential properties (211,606), 4.9% affected transfers of properties for business purposes (10,937) and 0.3% estates for special uses and multi-owned properties (730).<\/p>\n<p>Compared with the third quarter 2020, real estate unit exchange agreements encreased by 19.3% in the residential sector and by 23.8% in the economic sector. Therefore the trend growth decelerated that recorded in both sectors in the first two quarters of same year (+37.2% and +29.3% in the first and +75.4% and +87.7% in the second).<\/p>\n<p>The trend growth affected the whole Country both for housing sector (Centre +24.0% Islands +19.6%, North-East +19.4, North-West +19.1%, South +14.2%, large and small cities: +20.3% and +18.5%) and for economic sector (Islands +43.6%, North-West +31.0%, Centre +22.7%, North-East +19.6%, South +11.5%; large and small cities: +24.5% and +23.3%).<\/p>\n<p>The mortgage-secured loans (103,656) decreased by 0.7%, compared with the previous quarter, and increased by 18.5% on an annual basis. The decline affected Islands (-5.1%), South (-3.9%) and North-East (-2.5%); the mortgage-secured loans remained substantially unchanged in North-West (+0.3%), while grew in Centre (+3.3%).
