The results of the second phase of the Italian Statistics Olympics<\/a>, are now available. 54 Institutes participated in the team phase of the competition addressed to students of the first four classes of secondary schools.<\/p>\n

Among the 1st and 2nd year classes, the team from the “Serpieri” High School in Rimini won the first prize with their work “A un passo dal futuro<\/a>“, followed by the team from the “Giotto Ulivi” Institute in Borgo San Lorenzo (Florence), with their work “Per una mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile<\/a>” (please, see the Full ranking of 1st and 2nd classes<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Among the 3rd and 4th year classes, the team from “Megara” High School in Augusta (Syracuse) won the first prize with the work “Sharing mobility e sviluppo sostenibile<\/a>“, followed by the team from the “France Pre\u0161eren” High school in Trieste with the work “Mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile<\/a>” (please, see the Full ranking of 3rd and 4th classes<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The top two teams in each of the two categories will participate in the European Statistics Competition, the European competition promoted by Eurostat, in collaboration with the European National Statistical Institutes, for secondary school students from EU countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
