Istat presents data on Italy\u2019s foreign trade as well as unit value and volume indices (base year 2015=100) referring to April 2018.<\/p>\n
In April 2018 seasonally-adjusted data, compared to March 2018, increased for both outgoing flows and for incoming flows (+0.1% and +0.7% respectively). Exports raised for EU countries (+0.9%) and fell for non EU countries (-0.9%). Imports increased for non EU countries (+2.4%) and decreased for EU countries (-0.4%). Over the last three months, seasonally-adjusted data, compared to the three months earlier, showed a decrease for exports (-1.5%) and for imports (-1.1%).<\/p>\n
In April 2018, compared with the same month of the previous year, exports (+6.6%) and import (+9.6%) increased. Outgoing flows raised by 8.0% for EU countries and by 4.8% for non EU countries. Incoming flows increased by 11.4% for non EU area and by 8.3% for EU area. The trade balance in April 2018 amounted to +2,938 million Euros (+1,861 million Euros for non EU area and +1,077 million Euros for EU countries).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
