{"id":21870,"date":"2016-11-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-03T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nuovowww.collaudo.istat.it\/non-categorizzato\/sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-ii-quarter-2016\/"},"modified":"2024-06-08T21:44:07","modified_gmt":"2024-06-08T19:44:07","slug":"sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-ii-quarter-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/en\/press-release\/sales-of-real-estate-units-and-loans-ii-quarter-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Real estate sales and loans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Notarial deeds \u2013 Transfers of properties of real estate units<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the second quarter of 2016, nationwide real estate unit sales agreements<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> totalled 194,620, increasing by 20.6% over the same period for the previous year. 182,801 (93.9%) transfers of properties concerned homes and appurtenances and 10,726 (5.5%) real estate units for business purposes.<\/p>\n<p>In relation to the type of use, sales of residential properties increased by 20.9% whereas sales of properties for business use increased by 15.3%.<\/p>\n<p>In the second quarter of 2016, all geographical areas had positive trends for transfers of properties and the South (+23.9%) registered the most positive result especially for business use properties.<\/p>\n<p>For the first semester of 2016, the total number of real estate unit sales (354,552) increased by 19.4% over the first semester of the previous year, transfers of properties for residential use (332,816) increased by 19.8%, and real transfers of properties for business purposes (19,767) increased by 11.9%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notarial deeds \u2013 Stipulation of mortgages-secured loans <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nationwide, the mortgage-secured loans stipulated in the second quarter of 2016 were 109,786, a 24.5% increase.<\/p>\n<p>Mortgage-secured loans were above the national average in the Islands (+30.9%) , in the South (+29.0%) and in the Centre areas (+26.8%). \u00a0Mortgage-secured loans stipulated in small cities showed approximately the same increase (+24.4%) as that observed in the metropolitan cities (+24.7%).<\/p>\n<p>For the first semester 2016, mortgage-secured loans (197,822) increased by 26.5% over the first semester of the previous year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notarial deeds \u2013 Transfers of properties of real estate units In the second quarter of 2016, nationwide real estate unit sales agreements[1] totalled 194,620, increasing [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4082],"tags":[3213,3461,3093,3485,3337,3333,2968],"regione":[],"tema":[4064],"class_list":["post-21870","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-press-release","tag-buildings","tag-buying-and-selling","tag-housing","tag-mortgage","tag-real-estate","tag-sales-and-loans","tag-flash","tema-justice-and-security"],"meta_fields":{"data_pubblicazione":"20161104","descrizioneperiodo":"II Quarter of 2016","titolobreve":"Real estate sales and loans","news":"In Q2 2016 real estate unit sales agreements were 194,620 (+20.6% y-o-y)","news_rss":"In the second quarter of 2016, nationwide real estate unit sales agreements[1] totalled 194,620, increasing by 20.6% over the same period for the previous year. 182,801 (93.9%) transfers of properties concerned homes and appurtenances and 10,726 (5.5%) real estate units for business purposes.
