Istat presents the breakdown of national exports by Italian Regions\u00a0for the reference period January- June 2016.<\/p>\n

In the second quarter 2016, compared with the previous period January \u2013 March 2016, in seasonally-adjusted terms, exports increased for North-East <\/em>(+4.3%), North-West <\/em>(+3.4%), South and Islands<\/em> (+2.8%) and Centre <\/em>(+1.3%).<\/p>\n

In the first semester 2016, compared with the first semester of the previous year, exports increased for\u00a0South <\/em>(+11.1%) and North-East <\/em>(+1.9%) while decreased for Islands<\/em> (-23.1%), North-West<\/em> (-1.6%) and Centre<\/em> (-0.4%).<\/p>\n

In the same period more relevant increases, according to their contribution to total export increment, are recorded for Basilicata (+82.7%), Friuli-Venezia Giulia (+10,4%), Abruzzo (+13,6%), Emilia-Romagna (+1,6%) e Lombardia (+0,7%) while relevant decreases were recorded for Piemonte \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(-7,4%), Sardegna (-30,5%), Sicilia (-18,6%) and Lazio (-4,2%).<\/p>\n
