In order to improve the timeliness of statistical information on the Italian labour market and in accordance with the agreements made within the European Union, Istat publishes monthly estimates of the main labour market indicators resulting from the \u201cLabour force survey\u201d.<\/p>\n
In June 2015 22.297 million persons were employed, -0.1% with respect to May 2015. Unemployed were 3.233 million, +1.7% over the previous month.<\/p>\n
