Data are provided for the period 2005-2013, except for dwellings, whose value is published for 2001-2013. The value of the stock of consumer durables is provided, too, as a memorandum item.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013 the total value of non-financial assets in Italy is EUR 9,644 billion.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013 dwellings represent around 63% of the total stock of non-financial assets; \u00a0other buildings and structures represent 26%. All the other non-financial assets, including intellectual property products, account for just over 9%. Land under cultivation represents around 3% of the total assets.<\/p>\n<p>Around 90% of dwellings are owned by households.
