The industrial producer price index measures the evolution of output prices for goods manufactured in Italy and sold on the domestic and non-domestic markets. Since January 2015 indices are compiled in the calculation base December 2014 and disseminated in reference base 2010.<\/p>\n
In February \u00a02015 the total producer price \u00a0index increased by 0.5% with respect to the previous month; the index of producer price increased by 0.5% both on domestic market and on non-domestic market. The percentage change of the average of the last three months compared to the previous three months was -1.6% (-1.9% on domestic market and -0.5% on non-domestic market).<\/p>\n
The index decreased by 2.6% compared with February 2014 (-3.3% on domestic market and -0.4% on non-domestic market).<\/p>\n
