The index declined in Tourism services (to 60.9) and in\u00a0 Information and communication (to 64.8). Instead, increased in Transportation and storage (to 77.1) and\u00a0 in Business services and other services (to 78.9). On a regional basis, confidence worsened in\u00a0 North West (to 73.6), in North East (to 70.9), but improved in the Centre (to 77.7) and in the South (to 74.0).<\/p>\n
The seasonally adjusted retail trade confidence indicator decreased to 75.4 in May (from 80.9 in April).
