{"id":17605,"date":"2012-01-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-01-30T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nuovowww.collaudo.istat.it\/non-categorizzato\/large-firms-labour-indicators-november-2011\/"},"modified":"2024-06-08T21:28:22","modified_gmt":"2024-06-08T19:28:22","slug":"large-firms-labour-indicators-november-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/en\/press-release\/large-firms-labour-indicators-november-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"Large firms labour indicators"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Labour indicators for large firms (enterprises with 500 employees and more) are calculated with reference to the base year 2005 using the Ateco 2007 classification (Italian edition of Nace rev. 2).<\/p>\n<p>In November 2011 the seasonally adjusted employment index in large firms decreased by 0.1% compared with October 2011 (-0.2% both in industry and in services); net of workers in cassa integrazione guadagni (Cig = short-time working allowance) it decreased\u00a0 by 0.4% (-0.8% in industry and -0.2% in services). The percentage change of the average of the last three months compared to the previous three months was -0.1% gross of Cig and -0.2% net of Cig.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0 unadjusted employment\u00a0 index\u00a0 in\u00a0 large firms\u00a0 decreased\u00a0 by 0.6% compared with November 2010 (-0.6% net of Cig); the percentage change in the first eleven months of 2011 with respect to same period of 2010 was -0.6% (-0.4% net of Cig).<br \/>\nIn November 2011 the seasonally adjusted index of gross average earnings per hours worked decreased\u00a0 by 2.0% with respect to the previous month (-0.3% in industry and -2.9% in services). The percentage change\u00a0 of the\u00a0 average\u00a0 of the\u00a0 last\u00a0 three\u00a0 months\u00a0 compared to the\u00a0 previous\u00a0 three months was +0.3% (+2.0% in industry and -0.7% in services).<\/p>\n<p>The unadjusted index of gross average earnings per hours worked increased by 0.7% compared with November 2010 (+3.1% in industry and -0.5% in services).
