The seasonally adjusted market services confidence indicator rose to 94.3 in August (from 94.2 in July). The index diminished in Transportation and storage (to 97.8), in Tourism services (to 94.5), in Information and communication (to 88.8) and rose in Business services and other services (to 93.8). On a regional basis, confidence decreased in the North West (to 92.1), in the North East (to 88.2) and in the South (to 90.6) and rose in the Centre (to 101.5).<\/p>\n
The seasonally adjusted retail trade confidence indicator decreased to 97.8 in August from 102.6 in July.
