Non-residential buildings, instead, increased by 2.6% in the first quarter 2026 (quarter on previous quarter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The number of dwellings in new buildings decreased by 0.5% in the first quarter 2026 with respect to the same quarter a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In comparison with the same quarter a year ago, the useful floor area was up 4.4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Non-residential area increased by 12.5% in the first quarter 2026, compared with the same quarter a year ago, reversing the previous trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
